Please Note: By submitting an order you are acknowledging that
you have read all of this policy and agree to abide by it.

If you are not sure what Type or Style of bag, belt, filter or brushroll your vacuum uses or need clarification of the terms "Generic" and "Genuine", please e-mail us BEFORE placing an order with the Make & Model Number of your vacuum to determine correct replacement parts. If you mistakenly order the wrong item and have not opened the package, provide us with the exact Make & Model Number on your vacuum and we will gladly exchange it within 7 days of purchase for the correct product (additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred, even if your order qualified for free shipping). If we cannot provide an exchange item we will issue a refund minus a minimum 10% re-stocking fee on any approved returned merchandise. Free Shipping on all items subtotaling $59.95 & up! TRACKING/PROOF OF DELIVERY: All of our shipments receive a unique Tracking Number or a Delivery Confirmation Number. This number verifies both Proof of Shipment & Proof of Delivery of any order. Due Diligence Must Therefore Be Exercised when a shipment has been confirmed as delivered by this system. If this tracking system verifies delivery on a specific day and you personally did not receive it, please check IMMEDIATELY on that day with all family, friends, neighbors, workmates or employees about the shipment and date of delivery. They may have received it for you! But please be advised we cannot nor will not be held responsible if after an order has been confirmed as being delivered by this system, it mysteriously disappears because of being left unattended to, forgotten about or misplaced for several days, weeks or months. FedEx nor USPS will not accept any claims filed under these circumstances. Nor will Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal issue refunds to customers who's shipment has been confirmed as being delivered to the correct address by USPS or FedEX.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders can only be canceled BEFORE they have been shipped NOT AFTER they have been shipped.

UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCES: Like "MY VACUUM BROKE... I CHANGED MY MIND... WE GOT A NEW VACUUM... IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE IT WOULD FIT... MY HAMPSTER DIED...": You will still be held responsible for shipping and handling fees both ways, even if your order qualified for free shipping, and a 20% administrative restocking fee will apply.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS / UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS: If for any reason you Refuse a shipment or make an Unauthorized Return, you will be held responsible for shipping and handling fees both ways, even if your order qualified for free shipping, and a 20% administrative restocking fee will apply. If we receive a Refused order or Unauthorized Return 30 days or more after the order date, no refund will be issued.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you receive a defective product from us Do Not Use It! Any defective products we will replace free of charge within 15 days of purchase as long as we are notified promtly via e-mail of the defect.

CLEARANCE OVERSTOCK ITEMS: There are no returns or exchanges on clearance or overstock items! All Sales Are Final! Please make sure you have the correct item for your make and model. If your not sure, PLEASE email us first before ordering.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME: Even though we ship your order usually within 24-48 hours, it may take the carrier (FedEx or USPS) anywhere from 3 to 15 "Business Days" to deliver the package because of distance, weather and/or holidays. This factor is beyond our control.

WRONG ADDRESSES: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION for FedEx or US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY. If you have both a physical address and a PO Box please use both addresses on your ship to information. If your order is returned to us marked "Undeliverable as Addressed" or "Insufficient Address" or "No Mail Receptacle" or "No City Delivery - Must Have PO Box Number" or the like, we will hold your shipment until you contact us with the correct address information for US Postal Service or FedEx delivery. A re-shipment fee will be charged.

ALL Exchanges, Returns or Refunds must First be Approved AND AUTHORIZED By e-mail, not by phone or fax, within 7 days of receipt (Shipping/Handling/DC charges are Non-Refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping, and all returns are subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee)

NOTE: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON OPENED PACKS OF BAGS OR FILTERS OR CLEARANCE/OVERSTOCK ITEMS (unless the product is defective or you are not satisfied with the quality of the product). BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION ISSUES THEY ARE NO LONGER RESELLABLE.

Return/Exchange/Refund Instructions

In the event that you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange the un-opened/re-sellable package, please notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt clearly identifying the Make and Model Number on your vacuum and we will be happy to authorize an exchange for the un-opened/re-sellable product you received with a replacement item in accord with our on site Return/Exchange/Refund Policy which will be agreed upon at time of an orders submission.

Simply follow these instructions:

(1) Send an e-mail explaining the need for the exchange within 7 days of receipt to: CustomerService@VacuumBags.com

(2) Then within 48 hours place a new order for the correct part you need.

(3) In the Message Comment box of the order form type "Exchange Order".

(4) Make a copy of your first receipt, a copy of our e-mail Authorizing the return and a copy of your new receipt and enclose them with the un-opened/re-sellable product you'll be returning to exchange.

(5) These must be mailed back to us within 14 days of the purchase date to the following return address:

As soon as we receive your new order your replacement item will be shipped. Then when we receive the un-opened/re-sellable item you'll be sending back, we'll credit your card or send you a refund check for the returned part* (Shipping/Handling/DC charges are Non-Refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping, and all returns are subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee)(Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% Re-Stocking Administrative Fee)

*Please Note: Opened packs of bags and filters are non-returnable because of the growing risk of possible health hazards... there are no exceptions to this rule due to liability issues. If you have opened a package of bags or filters and you choose to send the opened package back to us, you understand that no refund will be issued because it cannot be re-sold.
