Q: "Why is my order marked "Pending Review"?

Reason 1: An order will automatically be marked "Pending Review" if: (A) the street address, city, state or zip code provided to us does not match the billing address for the credit card. (B) The CVV code on the back of the card was not entered on the order form.

Reason 2: An order will be marked "Pending Review" because of an address verification problem. Since we only ship through FedEx or the US Postal Service we need both a physical address (street) and the address that mail is sent to, for example: a Post Office Box. If a valid physical address and a US Postal Service mailing address cannot be supplied to our shipping department within a reasonable amount of time (24-48 hours) the order will be placed "On Hold". If 72 hours pass and no response is received the order will automatically be "Cancelled".
