A: An issue has been made concerning our Free Shipping Offer either on the order itself or in a separate e-mail to us. We will send an e-mail clarifying our free shipping offer to the customer and will offer to (1) Ship the order as it stands with the correct shipping and handling fees or (2) Increase the quantity of products ordered to meet free shipping requirement or (3) Cancel the order.

If we do not hear back from a customer within 24-48 hours the order will be cancelled.
