When the product order subtotal is $59.94 or less the order will not qualify for free shipping. The shipping and handling fee is separate from products and is not calculated into the product (parts) subtotal.

If this is made an issue in the message line on an order or in a separate e-mail to us, we will send the customer a clarification e-mail on our free shipping offer. If we do not hear back from the customer within 24 hours the order will be processed.
