Question: Why didn't I receive FREE SHIPPING?
Answer: *** Free Shipping! *** is currently being offered on vacuum part orders subtotaling $49 or more. Your subtotal is the price BEFORE the Shipping and Handling fee is added. Again, Free Standard shipping within the USA when your order subtotal (price before shipping) comes to $49 or more. "Janitized" brand only ships free within the Contigious US.
Please also note that this offer is subject to change for future promotions and thus will not apply if the current promotion stated on the home page differs from any other occurence of a free shipping offer.
When the product order subtotal is less than $49 the order will not qualify for free shipping. The shipping and handling fee is separate from products and cannot be calculated into the product (parts) subtotal.
If this is made an issue in the message line on an order or in a separate e-mail to us, we will send the customer a clarification e-mail on our free shipping offer. If we do not hear back from the customer within 24 hours the order will be processed.
