All vacuum cleaner part orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours. Please Note: Because of the Covid-19 pandemic shipping has slowed and scanning of tracking numbers within the shipping companies has become erratic. It may take the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) anywhere from 6 to 12 "Business Days" to deliver the package depending on the service selected. Weekends, bad weather and holidays may also delay a shipment even more. These factors are beyond our control.

All of our shipments receive a unique FedEx or UPS Tracking Number or a US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Number. This number verifies Weight, Proof of Shipment & Proof of Delivery of any order. But this does not guarantee that a shipment can't be damaged, lost or stolen after it has been delivered! So due diligence must be exercised when a shipment has been confirmed as delivered by this system. If this tracking system verifies delivery on a specific day and you personally did not receive it, you must check IMMEDIATELY on that day with the delivery service that delivered the shipment (either US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS) to determine where it was delivered. Also check with all family, friends, neighbors, workmates or employees about the shipment and date of delivery. They may have received it for you! But please be advised we cannot nor will not be held responsible if after an order has been confirmed as being delivered by this system, it gets damaged or disappears because of being left unattended to, forgotten about or misplaced for several days, weeks or months. FedEx, USPS nor UPS will not accept any claims filed under these circumstances. Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal will not issue refunds to customers who's shipment has been confirmed as being delivered to the correct address by these USPS, FedEX or UPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation systems.

To guarantee receipt of a shipment please purchase Delivery Confirmation With Signature - Insurance. If this shipping insurance has been purchased and a package is mis-shipped or disappears in shipment or arrives damaged and/or missing contents, you must file a claim with the carrier and with us. But with this insurance you are guaranteed delivery at no additional cost!

If you mistakenly order the wrong item and have not opened the package, please e-mail us with the exact Make & Model Number on your vacuum and we will gladly exchange it within 7 days of receipt for the correct product (additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred, even if your order qualified for free shipping). If we cannot provide an exchange item we will issue a refund minus a minimum 10% re-stocking fee on any approved returned merchandise.

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee plus a 20% Administrative Fee assessed on any refused shipments or unauthorized returns.
